St. Patrick’s Day Candy Board
Are you planning a St. Patrick’s Day celebration and need something quick and easy to wow your guests? You’ve come to the right place because this St. Patrick’s Day inspired charcuterie board is all of that and more! It is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy and crunchy and soft. No snack craving stands a chance with this snack charcuterie board, and your guests will definitely be wowed.
There’s no limit to what you can add to a charcuterie board, but you do want to maintain some balance. Too much of one thing will leave you with less room for other things! I kept my St. Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Board simple and used mostly store-bought items. Even better, everything was available at the Dollar Stores so it made creating it affordable as well as incredibly easy.
Most of my charcuterie board elements are green or rainbow-themed, keeping with the St. Patrick’s Day traditions. Here’s a complete list of what I used for this St. Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Board.
Contents
St. Patrick’s Day Board Elements
- Mini Pretzel Twists
- Lucky Charms
- Fruity Pebbles
- Amped Apple Nerds
- St. Patrick’s Day inspired Cookies from Food Lion
- Rice Krispie Treats with Green Sprinkles
- Andes Mint Candies
- Marshmallow Bunny Poles
- Skittles
- Fruit Candies
- Airheads Extremes Sour Candy, Rainbow Berry

The most time-consuming part of putting this board together was separating the Skittles and Fruit candies by color. Other than that, it was just a matter of filling in the blank spots with goodies. And really, how delicious does that sound?!
How to Make a Snack Filled Board
Don’t let the fancy name intimidate you. Anyone can make a snack filled charcuterie board. All you need is a tray, some small glass bowls, and a variety of snack foods.
I used a pizza stone as the base for this board, but you can use anything. You can even use a table or countertop, just lay down some parchment paper and go to town!
I used the clear bowls as fixed points on the board. I added cereal to one and candies to the other two. They made it easier to fill in the board as I went, and helped provide a border for the different elements.
The only limit a Charcuterie board has is your imagination, so let it run wild! I’d love to see what you come up with.
